Ashden 1 Month

(our little pumpkin)

Ash went to the doctor on Monday for his one month, and it was like Christmas morning when I saw the weight gain!

Weight: 9lb 6oz (45%) up 2 pounds in 3 weeks
Height: 22.5" (75%) grew 2 inches!
Head: 36.5cm (25%)

After losing weight in his first two weeks home I was nervous, so switching to formula was the right decision because he finally gained weight!! Ash is developing, he is finally smiling back at mommy and when he does belly time he lifts his head up and looks around. He is awake more during the day and starting to coo. Av and Ash are so cute, she just is in love with her brother. She covers him with blankets, gives him his nuk and gives big hugs. (i'll get more ash pics up later this week)

2 weeks after getting pumpkins, we decided to finally carve them : )




Avelyn had fun getting the seeds out of the pumpkins, until she went all "Obama" on us and started "spreading the seeds." As we took the seeds out of one, she put them into the other and vice versa: ) so Scott and I "voted her off the table!"
